California’s Santa Monica Travel & Tourism (SMTT) and key hotel partners will be returning to Australia and New Zealand for the annual sales mission from 12- 21 November. 
They will be visiting Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland for a series of appointments and events with trade partners selling the latest developments from Los Angeles’ beach city.

Anna Hayward, Auckland’s Convention Bureau manager has received the 2018 Conventions and Incentives New Zealand (CINZ) Outstanding Contributor Award.
Hayward (pictured) has been managing the Auckland Convention Bureau (ACB), part of the Destination division of Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development (ATEED) for the past 11 years and played a key role in establishing convention bureau activities for Auckland.

Lord mayor Graham Quirk said preliminary results from Tourism Australia’s International Visitor Survey showed visitors from Brisbane’s top five international markets had increased.
