Cost-driven Norwegian has announced new nonstop services from New York to Athens and Chicago to Barcelona for the 2019 northern summer.

The four-times-weekly service from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport to Barcelona-El Prat Airport is first, beginning June 7, 2019, while service from John F. Kennedy International Airport to Athens International Airport launches July 2, 2019, also on a four-times-a-week frequency. 

 

Both new routes will operate until October 26, 2019.

 

In total, Norwegian will offer five nonstop routes to Barcelona from the United States: Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, New York City/Newark, Los Angeles and Oakland/San Francisco.
