Germany's Zeitfracht Group has taken a 10 per cent stake in Blue Air, the largest airline in Romania and a strategic partner of the Zeitfracht Group in the German market.

Blue Air was established in 2004 and has developed to become a pan-European air operator with bases in Romania, Cyprus, Italy and the United Kingdom. In 2018, it carried more than five million passengers.
