BA enhances customer service with on-line help

British Airways (BA) has introduced an on-line help centre to assist customers to make changes to bookings, apply for refunds and to understand their consumer rights.
The new area of the UK airline's web site also will link travellers to customer relations staff for hands-on issues.

Finola O’Sullivan, general manager of Global Customer Care at BA said the new section of the web site means customers can identify where to send their enquiries and because their queries are immediately delivered to the appropriate team, BA's responses are faster.

"This is just one of many customer service enhancements we’re making this year,” she said.
